Data collected on this website

On OKSCAN.APP, data that may be processed is limited to:

• technical browsing data (IP address, server logs, browser type) generated by the host;
• a language preference stored in a cookie (ok_lang);
• data you voluntarily send by email (address and message content).

This site does not create an account, does not process payments, and does not receive documents scanned with the app.

The OKSCAN app

The mobile app stores PDFs in its private space, on the phone. It does not create an account, does not send scans to an ADS Logique server, and does not include analytics. Deleting a document or uninstalling the app removes the PDFs it keeps. Source images may remain in the app’s private folder until that folder is cleared.

Purposes and legal bases

• Showing the chosen language — legitimate interest / consent via the selector (GDPR art. 6.1.f or 6.1.a).
• Security and operation of the site (logs) — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
• Replying to messages — pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest (art. 6.1.b / 6.1.f).

Retention

• Language cookie: 12 months.
• Technical logs: according to the host’s policy, in principle no more than 12 months.
• Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle the request, then reasonable archiving.

Recipients

Website data is processed by ADS Logique and, where relevant, by the host (LWS) as a technical processor. It is not sold.
