These terms govern access to and use of the OKSCAN.APP website, published by ADS Logique. By browsing the site, you accept these terms.
Description of the service
OKSCAN.APP presents the OKSCAN mobile app: a document scanner for iPhone and Android. The app crops and straightens the page, writes a PDF on the phone, and lets you review, touch up, and share it. It is free, with no account and no ads.
Permitted use
- Reading the content for information.
- Using the app to digitize documents you are entitled to handle.
- No fraudulent use and no use that infringes third-party rights.
Availability
ADS Logique aims to keep the site available, without an obligation of result. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or force majeure. The app depends on the device, the camera, and, on Android, the services that provide the scanner.
Intellectual property
Site content remains the property of ADS Logique or its rights holders. Documents you scan remain yours.
Liability
The site and the app are provided as is. ADS Logique is not liable for file loss caused by deleting a document, uninstalling the app, or changing devices. PDFs are not copied to an ADS Logique server.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
